ORDER
The Court REINSTATES the appeal.
On October 5, 2015, this Court ordered the trial court to make findings regarding why the reporter's record had not been filed. The Court never received findings. However, on January 8, 2016, court reporter Vearneas Faggett filed the reporter's record.
Ms. Faggett filed the reporter's record without State's Exhibit no. 1, a DVD. Accordingly, we ORDER Vearneas Faggett, official court reporter of the Criminal District Court No. 7, to file, by JANUARY 20, 2016, a supplemental record containing State's Exhibit no. 1. Because the reporter's record is already eight months overdue from its original due date, no extensions will be granted. If the supplemental record containing the exhibit is not filed by January 20, 2016, the Court will order that Vearneas Faggett not sit as a court reporter until she has filed the exhibit in this appeal.
Appellant's brief is due by FEBRUARY 22, 2016.
