DAVID STEWART & AMY JEAN STEWART, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On August 3, 2022, respondent filed electronically in the above-docketed matter a document designated an Answer. However, the underlying material reflects both an incorrect caption and an incomplete certificate of service, lacking one petitioner, and the document should have been submitted as an Answer to First Amended Petition for electronic filing purposes.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the purported Answer filed August 3, 2022, at Docket Entry #6, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 15, 2022, respondent shall file a proper Answer to First Amended Petition.
