BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

This appeal is dismissed as from a nonfinal, nonappealable order. See Frier v. Frier, 13 So.3d 145, 146 (Fla. 1st DCA 2009) (“To fall within the scope of ... rule [9.130(a)(3)(C)(i) ], ... an order must actually make a determination as to personal jurisdiction.”).

Pursuant to section 35.22(3), Florida Statutes (2011), Attorney Kruzhkov and Ratner shall remit checks payable to the clerk of this court within ten days in the amount of $100, failing which and the motions to appear as a foreign attorney will be denied.

Appellant's “motion to strike original opening brief” is denied as moot.
