We REINSTATE this appeal.
We abated this appeal for the trial court to make findings concerning appellant's counsel's failure to file the brief. The trial court held the hearing on June 22, 2023, and appellant's counsel, Kristen Brown, testified to the reasons she got behind in her work. Based on counsel's representation that she would file the brief within thirty to forty-five days, the trial court recommended extending the time for counsel to file the brief through August 5, 2023. We adopt the trial court's recommendation. We ORDER Kristen Brown to file appellant's brief on or before AUGUST 5, 2023.
