STIPULATION AND ORDER REGARDING DISMISSAL OF THE ENTIRE ACTION WITH PREJUDICE [F.R.C.P. 41(a)]


IT IS STIPULATED BETWEEN THE PARTIES AS FOLLOWS:

1. Plaintiffs and Defendants have reached the following agreement: Plaintiff will dismiss with prejudice his complaint against Defendants. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs and Defendants request that this Court dismiss with prejudice Plaintiff's complaint against Defendants. All parties will bear their own costs.
