ORDER


The Court has before it a Report and Recommendation filed by United States Magistrate Judge Larry M. Boyle. The Court has examined the Report pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1) and finds that it accurately sets forth the facts and correctly applies the governing legal standards, despite the objection thereto filed by the plaintiff. Accordingly,

NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Report and Recommendation (Docket No. 36) shall be, and the same is hereby, ADOPTED as the decision of the District Court and incorporated fully herein by reference.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that Defendant's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction and Improper Venue (Docket No. 7) shall be, and the same is hereby, GRANTED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that this action be transferred to the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming. The Clerk is directed to take the necessary steps to transfer the case to the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming.
