Upon due consideration of the parties' November 7, 2022 status reports, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before December 6, 2022, file reports clarifying their respective proposed pretrial schedules by setting forth the following proposed deadlines:

Depositions for discovery purposes with consent of the parties
1.Serving notice of deposition of a nonparty witness or an expert witness under Rule 74(b)(2),
2.Filing a motion with respect to the deposition of a nonparty witness or an expert witness under Rule 74(b)(3).
Depositions for discovery purposes without consent of the parties
1.Giving notice of deposition of a nonparty witness under Rule 74(c)(2)(A),
2.Filing a motion with respect to the deposition of a nonparty witness under Rule 74(c)(2)(B),
3.Filing a motion with respect to the deposition of a party witness under Rule 74(c)(3),
4.Filing a motion with respect to the deposition of an expert witness under Rule 74(c)(4).
