Opinion

No. 24815. Department Two.

March 19, 1934.

Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Spokane county, Huneke, J., entered July 14, 1933, upon findings in favor of the plaintiff, in an action to recover money paid by an insolvent corporation, tried to the court. Affirmed.

This is a companion case to that of Sterrett, v. White Pine Sash Company, ante p. 663, and upon the authority of that case, the judgment will be affirmed.
