Present — Peck, P.J., Glennon, Dore, Cohn and Shientag, JJ. [See post, p. 584.]


Order unanimously modified insofar as to grant plaintiff's application for additional counsel fee in connection with the reference herein and fixing such fee in the sum of $500 and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the plaintiff-appellant-respondent. The plaintiff must retain counsel in connection with the reference herein and is entitled to have such expenses paid by the defendant. Settle order on notice.
