On July 29, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report. On August 23, 2021, respondent filed a First Supplement to Status Report. In the Status Report, as supplemented, respondent states that, on May 20, 2021, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York issued an Order of Final Decree. Respondent attached to the First Supplement to Status Report a copy of that Order.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the stay of proceedings herein is lifted and this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
