Opinion Filed September 12, 2007. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex. R. App. P. 47

On Appeal from the 283rd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause, No. F06-23072-T.

Before Justices WHITTINGTON, WRIGHT, and Fitzgerald.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Pursuant to a plea agreement, Murel Wayne Stephens pleaded guilty to unlawful restraint and true to one enhancement paragraph, and the trial judge sentenced appellant to six years' imprisonment. The trial court's rule 25.2(d) certification, which states the case involves a plea bargain and appellant has no right to appeal, is supported by the record. See Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex.Crim.App. 2005). We dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
