With the statement in its proper context, it is clear that the circuit court, in referencing a “higher standard for pro se litigants,” meant that it should be even more difficult to dismiss a pro se litigant's case than the high standards of egregiousness and bad faith already make it. The circuit court did not hold Stephanek to a higher standard. 6
