PER CURIAM
Holly Stein ("Claimant") appeals the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission's ("the Commission") decision affirming the denial of unemployment benefits by the Division of Employment Security. Claimant raises two points on appeal. In Point I, Claimant argues the Commission erred finding she voluntarily resigned from her job without good cause. In Point II, Claimant asserts the Commission's decision was based on an incomplete understanding of the facts due to her attorney's error, and argues her case should be remanded for further fact finding.
We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find the Commission did not err in denying unemployment benefits. A written opinion would have no precedential value and would serve no jurisprudential purpose. The parties have been furnished with a memorandum, for their information only, setting forth the reasons for our decision.
We affirm the judgment under Missouri Supreme Court Rule 84.16(b).
