Present — Dowling, P.J., Merrell, Finch, McAvoy and Proskauer, JJ.


Order reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion granted so far as to add the curators of the estate of plaintiff as a bankrupt, appointed by the Belgian Consular Court at Shanghai, China, on condition that the said curators be added as coplaintiffs, and that this be without prejudice to all proceedings heretofore had in the action. No opinion.
