ORDER
Before the Court is appellant's motion seeking (1) an extension of time to file a motion for rehearing, (2) clarification of various aspects of the Court's November 3, 2020 opinion in this case, and (3) a second extension of time to file an amended brief.
We GRANT appellant's motion for extension to file a motion for rehearing. Appellant's requests for clarification, however, seek information irrelevant to the merits of the case and are addressed by the Court's opinion and previously issued orders. Thus, we DENY appellant's requests for clarification. Our November 2, 2020 opinion renders untimely any request for extension of time to file an amended brief. Accordingly, we DENY appellant's motion for extension to file an amended brief.
Appellant's motion for rehearing shall be filed by December 1, 2020.
