WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS
The mandate of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals having been received and spread on October 20, 2003, it is hereby ordered in accordance with the Ninth Circuit opinion that the judgment of the Lake County Superior Court in No. CR 4666 is vacated because of constitutional defects in the trial; and that respondent Warden of Soledad State Prison is directed to release petition unless the Lake County District Attorney initiates retrial proceedings against petitioner within 60 days.
