ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

Upon review of the record, it appears that this court informed Appellant by order filed on February 28, 2003 that (1) that the time for filing the statement of jurisdiction expired on December 12, 2002 and the time for filing the opening brief expired on January 11, 2003, (2) the time to file the documents was extended for an additional 30 days, and (3) failure to comply with the order could result in the dismissal of the appeal. No statement of jurisdiction or opening brief having been filed,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed
