       PER CURIAM.

       The defendant was charged by a true information filed by the county attorney of Linn County and approved by the district court with the offense of false uttering of a check, in violation of section 713.3 of the 1954 Code, I.C.A. He entered a plea of guilty, and from judgment entered thereupon he now appeals to this court.

       The appeal is presented on the clerk's transcript of the record. We have reviewed it and find no reversible error. The judgment of the district court is affirmed.
