The petition by the state of Connecticut for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 144 Conn.App. 731, 73 A.3d 828, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly apply State v. Polanco, 308 Conn. 242, 61 A.3d 1084 (2013), which held that the appropriate remedy for cumulative convictions of greater and lesser included offenses arising from the same incident is to vacate the conviction for the lesser offense to multiple punishments resulting from the defendant's three conspiracy convictions arising from a single agreement?”
