CRIMINAL:

When a defendant who has been convicted of a misdemeanor criminal offense voluntarily pays the fine, his appeal is moot unless he offers evidence that he will suffer some collateral disability or loss of civil rights from his conviction.

Appeal dismissed.

O'Neill, J., dissents.
