MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS
Auglaize App. No. 2–12–01, 2012-Ohio-2837. This cause is pending before the court as a discretionary appeal and cross-appeal and claimed appeal of right.
It is ordered by the court, sua sponte, that appellee and cross-appellant state of Ohio shall file its response, if any, no later than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 18, 2012, to the emergency motion of appellant and cross-appellee Douglas J. Wine to continue the bond already established by the court of appeals, make two modifications, and issue an injunction/order prohibiting the trial court from conducting hearings.
