STATE OF LOUISIANA v. DAVID L. WILLIAMS, SR.


In Re: David L. Williams, Sr., applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 06-13-0241. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, McDONALD, AND CALLOWAY, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The trial court is proceeding toward disposition of relator's motion. A motion hearing was set for December 12, 2016, but continued at the request of defense counsel. A hearing on relator's motions is set for February 27, 2017, and relator's trial is set for June 12, 2017.
