STATE OF LOUISIANA v. DONALD WILLIAMS


In Re: Donald Williams, applying for supervisory writs, 18th Judicial District Court, Parish of Iberville, No. 38111. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., PETTIGREW AND McDONALD, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying relator's motion to proceed in forma pauperis in connection with his Motion for Expungement of Arrest Records. Relator failed to adequately support his motion to proceed in forma pauperis with the documentation required pursuant to La. Code Civ. P. art. 5183.
