ORDER

¶1 Department I of the Court, composed of Chief Justice González and Justices Johnson, Owens, Gordon McCloud, and Montoya-Lewis, considered at its April 27, 2021, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.

¶2 IT IS ORDERED:

¶3 That the Petitioner's motion to amend issues presented for review is granted. The petition for review is granted only as to the issue whether prior convictions for drug possession may be counted in the Petitioner's offender score. The case is remanded to the superior court for further consideration in light of Supreme Court No. 96873-0 - State of Washington v. Shannon B. Blake .
