We are advised by the office of the Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish that the trial court acted on relator's "Petition for Rule to Show Cause Why Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to La. C.Cr. P. art. 351, 352, 353, 354 Should Not Be Granted" on January 9, 2014 and March 25, 2014.
