The petition by the state of Connecticut for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 59 Conn. App. 771 (AC 20043), is granted, limited to the following issues:

"1. Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that the defendant was entitled to a jury instruction regarding the doctrine of nonexclusive possession?

"2. If the answer to question one is `yes,' was the error harmless?"

The Supreme Court docket number is SC 16415.
