In re William J. Guste, Jr., Attorney General and Harry F. Connick, District Attorney, applying for writs of Mandamus, Certiorari, Prohibition and for Stay Order.


Writ refused. We find no error in the ruling of the trial judge.

SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion that the writ should be granted.
