Information charging the defendant with the crime of operating a motor vehicle while his license was suspended, and with operating a motor vehicle without the required minimum insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Tolland, geographical area number nineteen, and presented to the court, Scheinblum, J., on a conditional plea of nolo contendere to the charge of operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension; judgment of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
