WRIT GRANTED IN PART WITH ORDER AND DENIED ON THE SHOWING MADE IN PART. The district court is ordered to rule on relator's pro se motion for speedy trial, filed July 21, 2015, on or before March 23, 2016, if it has not already done so. See La. Code Crim. P. art. 701(F). A copy of the district court's action shall be filed in this Court on or before March 30, 2016. Furthermore, as the writ application pertains to the district court finding probable cause for charging relator with attempted second degree murder, the writ application is denied on the showing made. Relator failed to include the preliminary hearing transcript. Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. See Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rules 2-18.7 & 4-9. In the event relator elects to file a new application with this Court, the application shall be filed on or before April 25, 2016. Any future filing on this issue should include the entire contents of this application, the missing item noted above, and a copy of this ruling. With respect to relator's bond for attempted second degree murder, relator should first file a new motion for bond reduction in the district court, as his previous motion to reduce his bond pertained to his aggravated battery charge.
