ORDER
The Court finds that the grounds asserted in the Defendant's second Motion for Postconviction Relief have been addressed either on direct appeal to the Delaware Supreme Court or by this Court in its Order of June 28, 2007, when the Defendant's original Motion for Postconviction Relief was denied. As a result, the Court finds the Defendant is not entitled to relief, and the Defendant's second Motion for Postconviction Relief is dismissed pursuant to Rule 61(d)(4).
IT IS SO ORDERED.
