The defendant's petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 193 Conn. App. 794, 220 A.3d 68 (2019), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court correctly determine that the trial court did not have jurisdiction over the defendant's motion to correct an illegal sentence on the ground that the motion, on its face, did not raise a colorable claim that the defendant was incompetent at the time of his sentencing?"
