Upon consideration of pro se Defendant-Appellant Llewellyn Wailehua Jr.'s (Appellant) June 16, 2016 "Notice for Reconsideration," which the court construes as a motion for reconsideration of the June 2, 2016 order dismissing the appeal, the papers in support, and the record, it appears that, pursuant to Hawai'i Rules of Appellate Procedure Rules 26(a) and 40(a), a motion for reconsideration of the June 2, 2016 order was due on or before June 13, 2016.

Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion for reconsideration is denied as untimely.
