CORRECTED ORDER

A petition for certification of the judgment in A-004388-18 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same;

It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, limited to whether defendant knowingly and voluntarily waived his Miranda rights. Certification is denied as to all other issues; and it is further

ORDERED that the appellant may serve and file a supplemental brief on or before January 3, 2022, and respondent may serve and file a supplemental brief thirty (30) days after the filing of appellant's supplemental submission, or, if appellant declines to file such a submission, on or before February 2, 2022.
