[¶ 1] Reinaldo Vasquez appealed the criminal judgment and sentence entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of gross sexual imposition in violation of N.D.C.C. § 12.1-20-03. We affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(3).
