The motion for reconsideration filed on September 10, 2002, by Defendant-Appellant Terry M. Turner, requesting that the court reconsider its Summary Disposition Order, filed on August 12, 2002, is hereby denied.
Associate Justice Acoba having dissented to the Summary Disposition Order, does not concur.
