The Opinion of the court, filed on January 29, 2016, is hereby corrected as follows:

1. On page 3, in the ninth line of the first full paragraph, the word "and" should be inserted between "Rosa;" and "that" so that as cbrrected, the text reads: ". . . believe Officer Rosa; and that Officer Rosa . . . ."

2. On page 9, in the fourth line of the second full paragraph, the comma between "arrested" and "before" should be deleted so that as corrected, the text reads: ". . . had been arrested before advising Trinque . . . ."

The clerk of the court is directed to take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
