ORDER

Per curiam: Rene Tapia appeals following his conviction of driving while intoxicated as a habitual offender. Tapia argues on appeal that the trial court plainly erred in failing to correct the prosecuting attorney's misstatement of fact during closing argument. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
