MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULING.
This cause is pending before the court as an appeal from the Court of Appeals for Morgan County.
Upon consideration of appellant's motion to strike portions of previously filed documents that do not comply with rules of practice, it is ordered by the court that the motion is granted. The prohibited attachments to appellant's memorandum in support of jurisdiction are deemed stricken.
