In Re: Steven Staggs, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 10-09-0936. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., GUIDRY AND McCLENDON, JJ.
WRIT GRANTED. The district court is ordered to proceed toward disposition of relator's applications for postconviction relief, filed February 17, 2016 and April 12, 2016, on or before April 7, 2017. A copy of the district court's action shall be filed in this court on or before April 17, 2017.
