       PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of bootlegging in violation of section 123.3, Code 303 1958, I.C.A. He pleaded guilty and was fined $500 and costs, pursuant to section 123.91. In default of payment of the fine he was ordered confined in the county jail for 90 days. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no reversible error. Accordingly the judgment is

       Affirmed.
