STATE OF LOUISIANA v. MICHAEL SPANO


In Re: Michael Spano, applying for supervisory writs, 23rd Judicial District Court, Ascension Parish Court, No. 518,946. BEFORE: HIGGINBOTHAM, THERIOT, AND CHUTZ, JJ.

WRIT DENIED AS MOOT. The documents attached to this writ application reflect that on November 30, 2016, the trial court ordered relator's driving while intoxicated (first offense) conviction dismissed under La. Code Crim. P. art. 894. Furthermore, the trial court indicated in the Order that relator had successfully completed all of his probationary requirements, which included the payment of his fine and court costs. See State v. Malone, 2008-2253 (La. 12/1/09), 25 So.3d 113.
