ORDER
PER CURIAM.
Jihad Spann appeals from the judgment entered on his convictions after a jury trial for first-degree murder and armed criminal actions. The trial court did not plainly err by denying a motion for mistrial or instructing the jury, and there was sufficient evident to support the conviction for murder in the first degree. We affirm.
