The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 24th of March 2016 by State of NC for Extension of Time to Respond to Petition for Writ of Certiorari:

“Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 24th of March 2016.”

State of NC shall have up to and including the 7th of April 2016 to Respond to Petition for Writ of Certiorari.
