Clermont App. No. CA2011–08–058, 2012-Ohio-2149. This cause is pending before the court as a discretionary appeal and claimed appeal of right.
Upon consideration of appellant's motion for withdrawal of his request for delayed appeal, it is ordered by the court that the motion is granted. Accordingly, this cause is dismissed.
