STATE of Iowa, Plaintiff–Appellee, v. Victoria Lynn SELLERS, Defendant–Appellant.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Boone County, James B. Malloy, District Associate Judge. Victoria Sellers appeals from her conviction on one count of operating while intoxicated. She claims the district court erred in denying her motion to suppress evidence obtained as a result of the stop of her vehicle. REVERSED AND REMANDED. Grant C.
