STATE OF LOUISIANA v. RAYMOND SCOTT


In Re: Raymond Scott, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 05-16-0081. BEFORE: McDONALD, McCLENDON, AND WELCH, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The record of the Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish reflects that the district court denied relator's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus on June 3, 2016. Further, the record reflects the district court is proceeding toward disposition of relator's Motion to Quash, since it is set for hearing July 18, 2016.
