ORDER OF CORRECTION
Upon review of the "Dissent by Acoba, J., With Whom Duffy, J., Joins," attached to the "Order Rejecting Joint Application for Certiorari" filed herein on September 17, 2008, it appears that the footnote numbered "4" on page 7 and all subsequent footnotes are incorrectly numbered. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that footnote number 4 on page 7 of the dissent shall be renumbered as footnote number 8, and all subsequent footnotes renumbered accordingly. The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes on the original dissent.
