1. Criminal Law — Criminal prosecution improperly dismissed. A judgment dismissing an information charging the keeping of gambling devices, including slot machines, held improper on the basis of State v. Saginaw, 124 Mont. 225, 220 P.2d 1021 State v. McRae, 124 Mont. 238, 220 P.2d 1025 State v. Saginaw, 124 Mont. 243, 220 P.2d 1028.

Appeal from the District Court of Lewis and Clark County. George W. Padbury, Jr., Judge.
