The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 152 Conn.App. 590, 98 A.3d 910, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that there was sufficient evidence of intimidating a witness in violation of General Statutes § 53a–151a ?”
