In re: George Row, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and for Stay Order.


Writ granted. We can find no legal justification under existing statute or ordinance to permit retention and destruction of the revolver in the lawful possession of the accused. He is entitled to its return to him. La.R.S. 15:41. The order of the trial court to the contrary is set aside.
